  Ordered online yesterday , delivery came with missing items which was on the invoice as picked, phoned store and manager said that the driver had come back to my house with the missing items so all was delivered apart from two items that wasn't there so he refunded.
  He said he had spoken with my partner about this which is all a load of bull cr*p as it was me that signed for delivery.
  Manager was adamant that I had received all of my order as the driver had said this so basically calling me a liar. After an hour of calls to store and customer services I pointed out to the manager that if she checked the paper work it would have my signature not my partners so your driver is lying to you and that their is no record of a refund for the two items that wasn't there yet another lie.
  I urge people not to shop online with Asda it has put me off big time, in the end manager says the items will be with me today around 18:00 so she must have realised that she has a member of staff which is lying to her and I hope she will take responsibility to look in to this matter and take disciplinary action where is needed.
